- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair-priced and our items are always worth what they cost. We offer certain fees but discounts however as well. Feel free to ask since they vary. You will not be disappointed by our products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get you started, we will ask the following questions: 1. How many guests are expected? 2. Where will this event be held? 3. Will you be needing any servers and/or rentals? (Rentals may include tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, and chafing dishes). 4. Is this is a cold or hot meal? Is it a breakfast, lunch, or dinner? 5. Is this a formal or an informal event? We love bringing in new customers and hearing their voices light up with joy at the sights of our wonderful menus. We definitely have a knack for converting newcomers into long-time loyal customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cooks and chefs all come from the best training and schools and our event planners and contacts are very prideful in making sure your quote is made to perfection. Well educated and easy-going, our employees and staff are always willing to make sure your event comes first and foremost.
