- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When it comes to working on computers, smartphones and all things digital it is very important to make sure you are working with a competent service provider. One wrong move and it can mean your equipment is destroyed and/or loss of your data. The lowest hourly rate does not necessarily mean the overall lowest price. Someone can charge 50% less, but take twice as long to get the job done. Also the lowest hourly rate does't mean you are going to get the best job done. Would you shop for a Doctor strictly based on price or someone who you knew would do what you needed done? The most important thing you can do is to to get as many qualified and verifiable referrals as you can. You should make sure you have everything that you are going to have done in writing. It should also state that you should be 100% satisfied and if not it will be to your satisfaction or you do not pay.
