I am and expert in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). I am a mobile service in the Tri-Valley of the San Francisco East Bay area.
I have been in business doing PDR since 1982. I am excellent at PDR and would like the opportunity to perform PDR for you.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. The most common repair is the parking lot mis-haps such as door to door contact, shopping cart impacts of just the mysterious dent that has recently appeared on nearly all later model cars. Cars are made of thinner gauge metal and aluminum now days and parking lots have more and more "compact" spaces. Also most everyone is in a rush and sometimes don't take the care to hold their door from hitting another.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I have more experience than the franchise companies, they will send you a trainee or a guy that has only been on his own for a short time. He will charge you a lot more because he has to pay his supervisor and franchise fees and training fees and so on. I have more experience than most franchise owners or any of their technicians. I care about my reputation and will stop at nothing to over deliver on expectations.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have nearly 20 years of experience specifically in the art of Paintless Dent Repair. I am a sole proprietor, there is no middle-man to pay. I am a mobile service. I am very dedicated to excellent service. I guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied. I am on time. I promise that I will exceed your expectations.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I find that the best part of my job is meeting new friends every day. I enjoy the satisfaction of a happy customer every time I make a dent disappear. I enjoy repeat customers and referred customers, that is how I know for sure that I have exceeded their expectations.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How did you get into this line of work? I was a service manager at a car dealer for several years, before that I was a Technician, and before that I owned a Tune-up shop. I like the satisfaction of ownership, I like working on cars and I enjoy meeting new people each and every day. This Adventure of owning and operating a sole proprietorship MR DENT (my own creation) gives me satisfaction of all of those challenges.
