- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75 an hour for my organizing expertise. If any other organizing materials are needed I can purchase them and the customer will reimburse me. The material needed is normally inexpensive. I normally get these materials from Target or Amazon. I also can send links to items and customers can buy them on their own! I welcome my clients to purchase the materials in advance as well :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will look at the space, see if any organizing tools are needed, gather the tools, and get started.
