My personal, Vicky Rocha is fantastic! When we started I had a lot of pain in my foot due to plantar fasciitis. After 3 months I can say that I'm 95% cured! The app is great, super easy to use and the exercises given to me are exactly what I need to keep my body fit and healthy. Highly recommended. My personal is always present, monitoring my progress and encouraging new challenges.

Vicky is the best trainer I have ever had in my life (believe me, I’ve trying so many different ones). What I liked the most is that Vicky’s workout is not only what will help me achieve my goals but is also fun to do it. I could see the difference in my body, mobility within a week after start working out. I would highly recommend her as ling as you don’t take my spot lol you won’t regret have Vick as your trainer.
