- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price varies depending on nature of project but are competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially meet with you and see what you have in mind or help you design a plan. Once I know what you want, I will either provide you samples or direct you to a showroom. After we know necessary details, I will provide an estimate for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated, Completed a Union Apprentinceship Tile School and became a Journeyman.
