- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. SIGNATURE FEE $15 per signature. Total fee will be displayed when requesting my services. 2. MOBILE NOTARY FEE Starts at $35. The amount will be based on the zip code entered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my customers are new since a Notary Public is not needed on a regular basis with the exception of Companies. New customers and returning customers are given the same treatment respect, privacy, professionalism and appreciation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Loan Origination License training course has assisted me in pointing out the document to answer most questions during a loan signing. Yearly Notary Signing Agent Course and Notary Essentials Course with the National Notary Association. Yearly background check. Yearly Security clearance for the Santa Ana Jail/Orange County Jail
