A. Appliance repair is not "Rocket Science" although the best companies will provide consistent training to their Tech's to insure their staying above the curve in providing excellent service.
Also not all companies or individuals that show up at your home are licensed or insured. Scary thought!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We started our business with three main goals in mind. One; provide excellent service at affordable prices. Two; treat each customer the way that I would want someone to treat my “wife”, my “children” or my “grandmother”; with courtesy and respect. Three; have the flexibility in my schedule to spend more time with my family and be more active in my community.
With two daughters of our own; my wife and I understand how frustrating it can be when the washer breaks or the refrigerator shuts down with a week’s worth of groceries in it.
If you don’t know who to call you’re faced with the daunting task of looking through the phone book at myriad of appliance firms or searching online looking at various websites wondering who you can trust.

A. What can I do to keep my appliance running for years to come?

Cleaning, periodic maintenance and avoiding overloading is the best way to ensure your Washer or Dryer will serve you for years to come.

What's the best appliance to purchase?

This one is a little more tricky. Many appliances don't have issues till they've been in service for a couple of years. Do your own research, don't be shy your smarter then you give your self credit for.
Also check consumer reports to see if any problems have been registered.
Does my appliance use allot of energy?
Many appliances purchased after 1995 use less energy. Although the amount will decrease the newer the appliance, I would avoid replacing a unit just to save energy. It cost more to purchase a new product then to run the remaining years out of an older one.
