We have completed many different types of inspections. Every inch of the property is inspected, including all of structural, electrical, air conditioning system, and plumbing. We will notify the client of any item that is noted. We will provide PDF downloads to both the client and the agent on generally the same day.
Once we have completed, we will go over the inspection so that you will understand every item by the time we are finished. From the first contact with us through the inspection delivery and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism.

* Members in Good Standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (Internachi), Sacramento Association of Realtors (SAR), and Housing Inspection Foundation
* Over 35 Years as a Residential and Commercial Contractor
* Over 12 Years in Real Estate Sales and Service (Broker Associate)
* Graduates of Allied Business School of Home Inspection
