- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Satisfaction Guaranteed! We have flat-rate pricing (not hourly). Our highly trained staff strive for quality and will work until the job satisfies our clients. Hourly pricing only benefits the cleaner, not you. Who knows what the bill will be if your paying by the hour. Either you run out of time to finish the job, or you keep running the bill up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will consult with you to find out exactly what your needs are and then give you a definite price that covers everything you want to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaning technicians are thoroughly trained on a continuing basis by an experienced Training Manager.
