- What types of customers have you worked with?
As a tutor, I teach students of all ages in reading comprehension and writing composition. I also teach primary school children in basic math and phonics. My services as an English teacher have also been used to help college students write better essays. I work with all types of learners, including special needs students.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have a good idea of the skills or goals you would like to attain from a tutor. Ask the tutor for references of past and current clients. Ask if they provide a first session at no cost which will give you a chance to meet the tutor and try out their teaching style. Most importantly, ask the tutor how best to contact him or her. Most tutors now-a-days should be available by mobile phone and have access to text messaging, making it convenient for you to contact them. If the tutor you hire is unreliable or usually unavailable, look for a new tutor who is more professional. Hire me!
