Prices start at only $150 for bartender with complete setup, back bar, as well as standard portable 5' bar brought to you!

Any location for up to 4 hours! $25 an hour after. (Premium Bars are available at additional charges.)

$1 additionally per guest over 100 guests.

Additional bartenders and cocktail servers are available at $150.00 for up to 4 hours.

You don't pay for the setup time or breakdown time, that's on us!

Martini Express is a professional mobile bartending service for your every mixology need. Why go to the bar if we can bring the bar to you?

We don't charge you 4 times the mark-up on liquor; you pay precisely what the liquor cost. We buy, pick it up, and then have it prepared to serve with one of our mobile bars. We give all of the receipts, and you pay the precise cost. We take all the hassle of computing how much you require for your venue.

Martini Express also will give you an estimated cost, as well as a stock list of what kinds and brands you favor; it is all component of our service. It is what I've personally accomplished for high volume private clubs, nightclubs, resorts, restaurants, and yacht charters for over 20 years.

All we charge is for the service. We offer mobile bar, napkins, straws and a bartender willing to make your event an experience to remember.

    Lawrence - the owner at Martini Express - left a voicemail at 11:50 a.m. canceling his appearance at our 12 noon wedding reception. Yes, he cancelled 10 minutes before the reception began. He wouldn't answer his phone when I called him, so all I know is what he said on his voicemail. He said that the trailer that holds his bar furniture (essentially a backbar and serving counter) had broken and he wasn't able to fix it or get another trailer. We understand that equipment breaks. What we do not understand is (1) why Lawrence didn't tell us he had a problem much earlier that morning when he realized the trailer was broken so we could have started buying ice and getting drinks cold (things he previously told us he'd handle when he arrived); (2) why he didn't tell us we needed to get a backup in place (such as another bartender) because he was having equipment trouble; and/or (3) why he didn't come without his furniture and just use our own tables (we already had the alcohol and beverages per our contract with Martini Express). Because he either got a better paying gig or he just didn't want to deliver bad news until the last minute, my new wife and I spent our wedding reception racing around getting drinks for people, sending our guests out to buy tons of ice and drink garnishes that Lawrence was supposed to bring, and trying to find enough chests and refrigerators to get the drinks cold. It was not a party for the two of us. To Lawrence's credit, he did refund our deposit the same day. Of course, that did nothing to salvage our wedding reception.

    Martini Express and Lawrence made our anniversary party a fabulous success.
    My plan to throw a surprise anniversary party for my wife was far more complicated than I had ever imagined. Between finding a venue, the caterer and sending invitations while keeping the whole thing under wraps I was overwhelmed. 
    When it came time to think about a bar a friend recommended Martini Express. I contacted Lawrence and after answering a few question he had custom tailored a bar for our event. That was it. While I felt that everything else required constant attention Lawrence did not. 
    The day of the party arrived and everything went off without a hitch. Lawrence was on time and his estimations for supply were right on. He even created a special martini for my wife. 
    I would recommend Martini Express to anyone and everyone.

A. I am a professional bartender, I have been most of my life. I love the whole club and night atmosphere.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What do I need to provide?
You will need to provide everything that is to be served to your guests as well as cups. Martini Express Mobile Bartending Services can provide you with a customized shopping list based on information gathered about your guests and event. This will include beer, alcohol, mixers, cups, garnishes, etc.

Can Martini Express Mobile Bartending Services buy everything for us?
Yes and No. Unfortunately, Martini Express Bartending Services cannot sell alcohol. However, we can buy it for you through our Concierge Service. Our Concierge Service carries a 5% service fee. Full payment is required when using the Concierge Service.

How many bartenders do I need? Do I need a bar-back?
The following is simply a guideline and not requirement.
Usually bartenders can handle 1-125 people per bartender. However, in order to ensure proper tending of the bar area and minimize the waiting time for your guests, we recommend 2 staff for 125+ guests. This may be 2 bartenders or 1 bartender and 1 bar-back. The number of staff for your event will be discussed during your personal consultation.
A Bar-back stocks the bar with liquor, ice, glasses, beer, garnishes, and so on. The bar-back receives a portion of the bartender's tips. A bar-back helps the bartender. Often, a bar- back may be responsible for supporting bartenders in pouring beers, wines, and simple mixed drinks.

What are your fees?
Martini Express Mobile Bartending Services has a minimum fee of $150 per 4hrs.. Our service fees are as follows:
Special rate for events scheduled Sunday thru Thursday. Excluding holidays.
1 Bartender $25.00 per hour (recommended for 0 � 125 Guests)
2 Bartenders $50.00 per hour (recommended for 126 � 150Guests)

What about tips?
Our bartenders are professional service providers and tips are customary. Gratuity is not included in our general fees posted above.
We offer two options for handling tips:
1. Guest-Gratuity � This option allows for a tip jar on the bar.
2. Host-Gratuity � There will be no tip jar on the bar and the host will pay a minimum of $1.00 per guest, per hour.

What drinks should I serve for my event?
We will help you create a customized drink menu for your event. We will take your likes and drinking customs and those of your guests into consideration when creating a customized drink menu.

Does your bartending service include a bar?
Our basic fee does include a standard 5' bar.

Will the bartender be wearing a uniform?
For most events our staff comes dressed in all black, attractive, stylish, dressy casual attire. If you would like something different, please contact us directly.

Are your Bartenders and Servers Certified?
Yes, all of our bartenders hold various certifications.

Which forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards are accepted via PayPal.

Do the bartenders have their own gear?
Yes, our bartenders will arrive fully equipped to tend the bar you provide. Please see �What equipment will Fine Ask Wine bring to my event?�

Do you require a deposit?
We require a $50 deposit and credit that amount to the final balance due. That amount will be refunded to you if you cancel, up to seven days before the event. If you cancel within seven days of the event, we will keep the $50 deposit.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I recently did a Superbowl party in which we had plenty of product for all 200 guests. But the few diehard drinkers in the end didn't have much of a choice in what was left. Therefore we probably had a few hangovers the next day after the warm Gin and Dr. Peppers.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That it is a profession, and more takes place behind a bar than one thinks.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. It happened pretty much just like in the movie "Cocktail" - out of the Army and it was the only job I could land at the time. Fell in love with it the first weekend.

A. Im proud of every job, it gives me the same amount of pleasure to see anyone who spends a hard earned dime on me, happy

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Constantly attending competitions and seminars.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Martini Express is trying to take the field of Mobile Bartending to another level. Besides providing the expertise in Bartending Services, we try to combine the energy of DJ's and a real bar enviroment. The bars they are designing now our state of the art and portable.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Our last project was a wedding at Crestmore Manor in Riverside. From my experience this wedding went flawless. The Grooms Mother, The Groom, The Bride and the Grooms father all met with me and we decided on a Margarita Bar. We had 150 guests and with 1 bartender, there was never more than a 5 minute wait in line for drinks...not bad considering it was a Margarita Party and I had 2 blenders running full circle non-stop. Our fees were as always $150 for 4 hours.

A. Martini Express is a Professional Mobile Bartending Service for all your mixology needs. Why go to the bar, when we can bring the bar to you?

Basic service prices start at only $150 for Bartender with Standard Portable 5' Bar, Back Bar and Complete Set-up brought to your location for up to 4 hours, $25 an hour after, up to 100 guests. Only $1 per guest over 100. (Premium Bars are available at an additional charge). Additional Bartenders and Cocktail Servers are available at $150.00 for up to 4 hrs.

A. Respect other professionals in your job field. Bartenders have huge egos, always let the one who's working work without trying to show how much you know or the way you do things.
