- Maintain books on a weekly to yearly basis, depending on the needs of each client with cash or accrual basis.
- Provide a range of services, from general transaction entry and accounts payable and receivable to billing, purchasing, inventory, and bill of material maintenance to account reconciliation and adjusting journal entries.
- Produce correct financial statements (income statement and balance sheet).
- Produce additional custom financial statements (cash flow report and budget).

- Set up current bookkeeping system correctly.

- Teach staff about how to maintain correct accounting procedures.
- Follow up on a monthly to quarterly basis to ensure that bookkeeping is being accurately recorded. We troubleshoot areas that need to be corrected and follow up with training.
