MMI Construction has completed multiple projects at our home. Every one has been competitively priced and they have not once exceeded their bid amount. From a patio cover to interior walls to rock and masonry work, the owner Mike is very knowledgeable and has helped our family find solutions to our needs on budget and on time. I have also seen custom homes, additions, pools and larger projects completed by MMI with great results. I have recommended MMI to friends and will continue to use them for projects in the future.

I hired MMI Construction to build a large 1,200 sqft addition and add bedroom space. I can tell you, without any hesitation, that he is the most honest, trustworthy and dependable builder I’ve come across. Not only was he extremely helpful during the entire planning stages but he started work when he said he would, his subs were on-time, clean, friendly and professional. MMI stayed within budget and finished several weeks early. I asked MMI Construction to build something that they’d live in and I’m completely satisfied. I can’t say enough nice things about MMI Construction and there is nothing negative to report. Proof is in the pudding so if anyone wants to see my build and the attention to detail, please contact MMI to make the arrangements. And MMI will build my next home too, that is if he wants to travel to WY or SD!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you estimates are compared "apples to apples". Make sure each contractor is bidding the job with "like" materials and make sure nothing is implied. All details of the job should be listed and explained in the estimate. If you require these two things from contractors, it will give you estimates which will show TRUE cost of construction, enabling you to make an informed decision.
