Albert and Mark from Brady Landscaping and Construction provided excellent service, exceeding expectations. They seamlessly installed a new concrete pad, expertly fixed my sprinklers, and upgraded the timer to WiFi. Throughout the process, their outstanding professionalism and communication were evident. Efficiently handling the reconnecting and wiring of my valves to the new timer, the overall experience with Albert and Mark was great. Highly recommended!

I had a severe water damage do to heavy rain in Feb/March and decided proper drainage is needed. Beginning of April I found Brady due to his excellent reviews and he met with me within two days to evaluate what needs to be done and my possible desire to have my back yard remodeld for an affordable price. I provided some drawings that were enough to envision my idea. His team started on a Monday and worked very hard to get the job done within a week. Digging trenches throughout the entire backyard is not a joke. The ground was hard and the sun was blasting down on them. It was a hot mess for a minute. The main individual in charge and executing the majority of the work was always on time, knowable and always answered any question or concerns I had. During the transformation I was able to pick out the greavels and flagstones I want. I have to say it is harder to do a job when a place is small and not much room to bring heavy machinery ... Bradly and his team made it happened, kudos to all of them and I will recommend Brady Landscaping anytime with flying colors. Everyday myself and my pooch enjoy the new Backyard!

Mark reached out to me the same day I expressed interest on Thumbtack, and he was at my door helping me with a landscaping game plan the very next day. My back yard was in desperate need of drainage troubleshooting, a sprinkler overhaul, and new sod after thorough tilling and grading of tough clay soil. The work was completed remarkably quickly yet diligently, plus he warranties the work for one year. In just one week, a brand new back yard came alive. Mark and his crew are extremely responsive, personable, and easy to communicate with. I put this project off for so long thinking it was going to be overwhelming, but the process was a breeze with Brady Landscaping. A confident plan was put together in a matter of minutes, and all of my concerns were addressed. My only regret is I didn't find them sooner. Highly recommend; you get what you pay for.

From the beginning Mark was friendly, responsive, and fair in price. His team worked quickly and did a great job. When I requested changes or add on, he was accommodating with a great attitude. Overall great to deal with- it was the best experience with a contractor I've had. I would definitely hire his team again if I need more work done. They built 2 retaining walls on a backyard slope, graded, built flagstone steps up the slope, put sod in, fixed sprinklers, put in some concrete curbing and put in decomposed granite. Overall great experience.
