Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Most commonly I assist Escrow/Title & Lenders with the signing and notarization of their loan documents.
I also, almost daily, assist individuals, business people and attorneys with their Notary needs as well.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Please make sure all documents needing to be notarized are fully prepared and ready. In addition, all signers need to make sure they have approved unexpired ID.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish more people understood that a Notary cannot give any legal advice, nor can they assist with the creation of any document.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Notaries charge per notarized SIGNATURE and not just per document. Please calculate the number of signatures needing to be notarized.
eg: if you have one document that needs two signatures notarized and another page that just needs one, you will be charged for 3 signatures.
Please note: some documents require many unnotarized signatures. The ones that will need to be notarized will be followed by Notarial wording or something like "this document must be notarized".

A. My experience sets me apart from the rest. I have performed over 6,000 loan closing and countless personal notarizations over the past 13 years.

A. I love the fact that I get to meet new people every day and assist them with the notarization of their important documents.

A. First - What is your fee?
I charge the standard notary fee of $10 per notarized signature plus a very modest travel fee. Call me for an exact quote.

Wherever you need me. It is my job to make you notarization of your documents convenient for you so let me know where you need me and I will be there.
