  I needed some video extracted from a camera that I could not make work on my own. When I put it on my computer it was shakey and unusable. I brought the camera to Paul and he put the footage on a DVD for me allowing me to use the footage I otherwise could not use. It was smooth and perfect. He saved the day for me because my client needed me to edit the footage the next day. He's the hero of the day. He was fast, kind, and professional.   I can't say enough good things about Paul. I truly "abuse" my computer. I melted one down, and he rescued all on my hard drive and transported it to a new computer. My backup system was inadequate. He helped me set up a new one. My filing system was out of hand. He loaded an application to help me make it more efficient. My wireless printer wouldn't connect. He got it humming again. There isn't anything he can't fix - or make better! He is diligent, efficient and resourceful. Both me and my husband depend on him to keep us online, productive - and happy!
