I had our new printer set up and installed to work with our home computers with scan functions and still have options to print to our other printer. The instruction for the install and multiple discs made this a challenge for the average bear. Paul was able to piece together all the information and explained the functions and how to use them. He was on time, professional, well priced and new what he was doing.

I have been using Paul at Alpha Computer Support to set up, repair, debug, and restore my computers for the last several years. Prior to finding Alpha Computer Support I had mixed results with other similar service providers. It was very frustrating....there was no consistency in quality of service or cost. I have nothing but good things to say about Alpha. I have used their services on several occasions and each time my problem was solved within the time period and cost promised. I am glad to have finally found a computer consultant that I can count on. Paul is always a phone call away. The dreaded blue screen or computer that will not boot up is no longer a major stressful event.
