  • The Sub-prime crisis has affected the US economy on many different scales. We are not immune from the effects as a result. Even with the historically attractive property values in Los Angeles, many homeowners have experienced a big impact in the form of decreased property values.
    As an electrical company, we realize these facts and are willing to work with property owners on their electrical upgrade needs and other maintenance issues.     We offer financing for rewires and other larger projects so don't hesitate to start those projects that you know you need. I'm talking about the exposed wiring that scares you every time you look at it, or the switch that's heating up due to lack of enough amperage feeding the lights. If you have old circuit breakers that are tripping all the time and you have to reset them every now and then. Properly distributed circuit breakers are not supposed to trip. If you need to reset them all the time, then you have an issue to address.
