    Pia’s vision and creativity allowed for an absolute TRANSFORMATION of our kitchen. From dysfunctional, dated and tired to the entertaining centerpiece of our main floor. Without moving a wall window or door she managed to find storage and function in every inch. The new floor plan easily maintains order and looks clean while allowing those in the kitchen to interact with guests in the dining or living rooms. We can feel the passion for getting things right she shared while working on her ‘favorite‘ project.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. House Sales and Staging for Reliving

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check to make sure that the RESA organization recognizes the stager, and that the stager has insurance.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There is a true science behind the appearance that is achieved.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. The most important in my opinion to ask if they are a Certiifed Stating Professional accredited by the Resl estate staing association, know as RESA. Resa will proivde you with certified staging professional serves and when stagers meet a certain level of experience they are able to learn Certified RESA-Pro designation indicating that have done more than the adverage to become good at their work.
Continuing education is also an important thing for stagers to be inovled in and something important for those in the future learning and extra educational credits. I think another important feature is what they bring back to their community and what their main focus is, Lastly, I think to find out the overall goal of the stager is important, How they intend their expansion of their business and what is on the backbord for the future. Another important factor is what we volunteer for and hou much money we raise to increase the busines of the Home Stagers nation wide.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Because I have been trained professionally and I have the ability to see right away what is wrong and what needs to be done.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The excitement and gratitude on the clients' faces when they return to see what happened while they were gone, and the positive impact it has on their environment.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why should I spend extra on a home stager if I am just moving out and selling my property?

Because in today's market, it is a buyers market with plenty of inventory and you only have 2-6 minutes to make the impression that you need to gain an advantage.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. The most important thing for our customers to understand is that we are there for their benefit, and our most important job is to help them make their staging dreams come true. There truly is a science behind what we do, and it is something that we study professionally and honor ethically. Our goal is to provide the best customer service we can and assist our clients to sell their property. As the owner, I only use Certified Staging Professionals and I am insured and bonded. I also have a RESA - Pro designation and will soon have completed my Master Feng Shui designation. I love good energy.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Loved everything to do with real estate, architecture and design.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Went to a home that was very crowded with furniture and had been on the market for 6 months with no visitors. The client was pleased and the house had more traffic than it had, just from the improvement of pictures.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am constantly studying and gaining more information to make me better at what I do, and better to be able to teach to others.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Pricing is not complicated. The price is per project, and it is representative of the work required. The consultation is the initial expense, and the rest of the project is dependent upon the need and the specifics of the project and the clients wishes.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. It is a lot of work, but it is fun. It makes your creative juices flow and it is rewarding.
