- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate is $100 a hour and fixed-cost project prices are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we learn what our clients are trying to accomplish, for example, more sales, better conversions on their website or to get more traffic to their site. Then we take a big-picture approach that looks at everything from the competition to branding and current marketing strategies to see how best to reach their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in marketing, a bachelor's degree in journalism and 18 years of marketing experience
