Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Experience, It means everything.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. You have to like and trust your agent. Your transaction is probably the biggest financial decision you will make at this time. Choose wisely.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask: "What have you done lately?". A busy agent is a successful agent. That is a good thing for you.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have a marketing plan that actually works! If you go to http://hassleFreeListingAgent.com you can see it and understand the difference. I enjoy helping my clients.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I am a people person and Real Estate is all about dealing with people directly and getting the job that they have entrusted you with done. I have been doing it since 1988.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Will you lower your commission? I always answer the question the same. I only get paid when your house sells. If you are willing to pay for the photographers, Ads, webpage costs, E and O insurance and all the other costs involved in getting your property sold up front, then I will lower my commission. Most don't want to do that... They realize I take all the risk.
