- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's actually not that complicated, but good to know. I provide various services so each of those will have different pricing structures. 1) Landscape Designing (hand or CAD rendered site, conceptual, schematic plans of the project) = $45-$125/hour depending on the size and scope. 2) On site consultations/Project Management (whether its simply coming out to give advice or to help manage the sub contract installing the job) = $125/hour or a % of the overall budget. 3) 15-30% of the materials being ordered.

Think about the objectives you'd like to accomplish and expectations you have for the space and your potential contractor.
