Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Bootcamp clients range from the young fit looking client that has great genetics but can't lift a 8lb. weight overhead to the obese client who has never gotten off the sofa but is ready to discover their inner athlete and change their lives. More often than not, we see clients who simply want to increase their overall fitness and take their workout to the next level.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do your homework. Not all bootcamps are alike. Most bootcamps are run by trainers who 1) don't want to pay to rent to a gym; 2) can't get a job in a gym for some reason; and 3) think that anyone can run a bootcamp. The truth of the matter is a real bootcamp isn't just about running around and doing pushups and burpees. Find out if your bootcamp is run by a certified trainer and do they have a business license? Are they legit? Do they have insurance? How long have they been in business? What do people say about their program? This is your BODY we're talking about, so be careful who's hands you put it into. It's like my grandmother used to say... "would you fly in a jet built by the lowest bidder?" Be careful of jumping into the cheapest workout program available too. You do usually get what you pay for when it comes to most things, so take time to do your research.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. That's easy - RESULTS! Our clients not only see the results they desire with regard to their body changing, they also can't believe how strong they become, both physically and mentally! This isn't just about changing your body, it's about changing your life by overcoming fears, obstacles, negativity and past believe systems that cause people to get in their own way. This program encompasses so much more than just great workouts.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Besides the obvious (helping my clients get past their own blockades), I love seeing the sunrise every day. It never fails to stop me in my tracks and remind me that every day is special and to take it all in. My job is like no other job I can think of. I get to play in nature, smell the aromas of the seasons, roll in dirt, climb trees, and most of all, help changes lives for the better. What could be better than that?

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. "Can I do it?" or "What if I can't do it?"

My answer to this is simple... "YES, you CAN do it" and "So, what if you can't...today. There's always tomorrow to try again!"
