Yarin made sure I understood what was involved in installing 240 V outlet and service in my kitchen. He gave details on wire gauge requirement for 40 amps and the measured distance from breaker box and need for dual pole breaker at the box conserving space by bridging two single breaker spaces. Yarin indicated that drywall (or lath in my case) will be disturbed as little as possible to minimize damage to the kitchen wall. He also gave me advice on what AC outlet to purchase (NEMA 14-50) to match the induction stove I will be getting. Yarin scheduled me for a Wednesday installation. I'm very happy with the quote so far.

The AES technician, Aires, arrived on time. He was professional, neat, and courteous. He kept me apprised at every step while he attempted to determine what caused the power to all the plugs in the den to go out. I thought it was a blown circuit breaker, but it was not so simple. The tech was thorough, climbing under the house, checking and rechecking the wires, outlets, and breakers. After several hours and calls, he sourced the issue. The repair was scheduled for the following Tuesday morning and would require new wiring to four outlets. The repair technician also arrived on time and worked tirelessly for several more hours to complete the job. It was worth the expense, especially given the time, thoroughness, and care displayed by both technicians. I will confidently refer AES to others and would use them again without hesitation.

I have used this company many times and only realized that I never reviewed them!! Yarin has come to my rescue many times after other service providers have not done a good job. He has fixed interior light switches as well as waterproofed, replaced, and repaired shoddy exterior electrical work. Most recently, Yarin and Omer replaced interior (and not weather resistant) GFCIs which were installed outside. I had been having problems with my fountain and sprinkler system “tripping” - but no longer! These guys are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. I trust that they know what they are doing. Highly recommend and will use again for any electrical needs. They even tidy up after themselves!

We actually didn't have the service performed which is sad because we really wanted it done. He gave me so many different prices that I was totally confused. He wanted to install things not on my list, gave me prices for them. I just wanted done what was on my list. Couldn't make it happen so I gave him the service fee of $25 and he left. Update- The owner called us the next day and asked what the problem was. He offered to make it right and send a new technician out the next day. The tech was here on time, completed the work in a timely manner and we're very happy. They went the extra mile with their customer service and their office manager Elizabeth was very helpful as well. Overall very happy with their work.
