Yes every four year I complete 45 hours of continuing education to renew my license.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to check how long they have been in business, what services are included in their monthly fees, i.e. serving notices, checking your property, do they add fees on to the repairs, do they provide computerized monthly statements, 1099's, etc.....
