Quality Plumbing does not charge a “service fee” to go out and give you a quote. Some on thumbtack charge up to $175, ridiculous. I had pipe that was leaking at my rental property. I sent him pictures, he immediately gave me a labor quote. He scheduled me for the next day. He showed up on time and gave me options on materials to use. I opted for the cast iron pipe. Alan is quick, communicates well and gives a good price on labor and materials. I’m happy I hired him, everything went so smooth! I will be using Quality Plumbing for all my plumbing needs moving forward. Thanks Alan. Here are pictures showing the leak and the other is Alan work., which is neat and tidy.

Alan did a superb job at fixing the leakage on top of the hot water dispenser in the kitchen. He took his time to check the problem area thoroughly and also all fixtures and wires around it. He tested it fully and also spend time to check the water filter and advised to change that as well. He cleaned up the area of work and was very considerate of not making any mess in the kitchen around his work area as well. Alan is a very kind gentleman. Was a pleasure speaking with him. I’ll highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs. And I’ll hire him again for the next one. Thanks a lot, Alan. Much appreciated.
