Julio has put carpet as well as laminate in our apartment. Both times the work was professionally done, on time and very clean. I enjoyed working with Julio and highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough about the careful workmanship and professionalism of Julio Otzoy. I have chemical allergies and had to have special materials for my entire green renovation of my bathrooms, and installation of hardwood floors. Not only was he a perfectionist in installing the flooring and the tile work, he brought creativity to the design, attention to the smallest detail and patience in ensuring that all of the work was done with my health in mind. His crew was talented and respectful, as well.
His talent goes far beyond flooring, but when it comes to wood flooring, he is outstanding and his prices were right in line.

Julio is my first call whenever i have a project. He does excellent work and is 100% trustworthy to do a RIGHT job. Very creative and is the top woodworker in the bay area.
