We sell and offer installation of:

* Hardwood such as exotics, oaks, maples, etc. We provide floating installations, glued down, and nailed down, as well as refinishing and restorations of existing hardwoods.
* Bamboo: all types
* Laminates: 7mm, 8mm, 12mm, 12.3mm laminate flooring of all wood look and bamboo, including all finish types such as gloss, semi-gloss, satin.
* Tile such as travertine, marble, granite, ceramic, porcelain, and slate (exterior).
* Carpet: saxony, plushes, berbers, wool, Stainmaster, Anso Carees, shaggy, rugs, etc.
* Linoleum: Marmoleum, Cangoleum, Armstrong, etc.
* Vinyl: all brands, we also do heat welding installations and cove.

Our services are being offered for both commercial and residential.

We also offer custom furniture, restoration furniture, and doors, as well as decks and fences.

  Julio was superb- he diligently worked within our budget, he managed to attain a perfect choice for carpet at a more reasonable price than the models we'd considered, and he rejuvenated our hardwood floor that had endured dogs/kid.   Julio Otzoy refinished all the wooden floors in my house while I was on vacation and did a superb job! I have a large house (3000 sq. ft. of floors)and the floors had not been touched in nearly 60 years. We packed, left and turned the keys over to Julio. He managed to move all the furniture and boxes out, refinished all the wood, even replacing heavily damaged wood in many places with wood from inside the closets so it matched perfectly (placing new wood in the closets), and moving everything back in. When we returned to our home it looked as if we had never left -except the floors were stunning! He did a fabulous job, is imminently trustworthy, easy to work with, reasonably priced and all around great. I would rehire him in a blink. Jolie

  Julio is amazing and can fix anything my tenants do bad.....wood refinishing, new carpet, new hardwood, laminate, lino, baseboards, regrouting, fixing built ins that get "MORE THAN NORMAL WEAR & TEAR" and the new bathroom shower enclosures......he is a one stop shop and comes to you with samples and good suggestions. Very honest and trustworthy and always under budget. Does top quality work at low prices. Have used him for years....

  I cannot say enough about the careful workmanship and professionalism of Julio Otzoy. I have chemical allergies and had to have special materials for my entire green renovation of my bathrooms, and installation of hardwood floors. Not only was he a perfectionist in installing the flooring and the tile work, he brought creativity to the design, attention to the smallest detail and patience in ensuring that all of the work was done with my health in mind. His crew was talented and respectful, as well.
  His talent goes far beyond flooring, but when it comes to wood flooring, he is outstanding and his prices were right in line.
