Great experience with this Rudy and his brother. I’ve put this project off because carpet and a floor heater needed to be removed along with replacing flooring. I also had a large, very heavy armoire that needed to be moved. They helped so much and workers in tandem with the guy who removed the floor heater. I’m so happy with their work and professionalism. They are hardworking, respectful and did an amazing job refinishing my hardwood floors. My home was built in 1937 and it like new! Look at the pictures. I highly recommend them!!

Alberto and his team did an excellent job updating the flooring throughout our entire home. We recently purchased an older house with mostly oak hardwood floors that had a lot of chipping and heavy scratches. Alberto refinished the floors and accommodated our request for a nontoxic water-based finish that can withstand high traffic. He and his team also helped us remove large areas of carpeting and outdated tile, and replaced them with waterproof luxury vinyl plank (installing new hardwood was an option too for a slightly higher cost). They helped us install new baseboards too. Our new and refinished floors look amazing and, best of all, they are kid-friendly and easy to maintain. Alberto’s skill and attention to detail are evident in his work. His prices are absolutely the best around too…we called up numerous places before deciding to work with Alberto and are so glad we did. He and his team are honest and reliable. Communication was great from start to finish. He was very responsive through text and patiently answered all of my questions. I will be recommending his services to all of my friends.

Rudy and his team at Hardwoodfloors Calderon did an amazing job refinishing the floors on two apartments in San Francisco. Under their expert care, the floors completely came back to life! They had last been finished more than 10 years ago (and with a water-based sealer/varnish) so I wasn’t sure how they would turn out. The guys came right on time, helped me move an awkward piece of furniture that was in the way, and by the morning of the fourth day, the floors were spectacular! I would highly recommend Calderon Hardwood Floors for any hardwood flooring project. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was friendly, hardworking and professional. I especially appreciate their attention to detail - the result is fantastic!

I had Alberto come out for a quote. We needed pets of our hardwood floors replaced due to water damage. He was on time and had someone on the phone ready to help translate. He got the estimate to me within a day and it was very reasonably priced for the work that needed to be done on the floors - repair the damaged areas and refinish the whole house - included materials and labor. He also said he does interior painting so we had him give us a quote for that. Also reasonable and he went and bought the paint for us and had to go to 2 different Kelly Moore stores to get the right ones. He messaged to coordinate a time to do a patch test to color match the repairs on the floor we needed. He was supposed to do the work this month from 9/19-9/25, but he was able to start earlier and was done by the 19th! He had a crew of people helping him to get the work done efficiently. Everyone was really respectful and kind. They left the house very clean. He was doing such a good job I also asked him to clean up the front and back yard for us as well! He had a very competitive price. We are very pleased with the end result! The floors look amazing and the painting is wonderful! He really takes pride in his work. He has a smile on his face and it all just makes the experience easier. We’re having him give us a quote on some backyard brick patio work we want to get done. And if I need more work done, I’ll be asking him again. Highly recommend.
