Introduction: I have been a CPR/First Aid/AED trainer for 6 years. I have bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, a single subject teaching credential, a nationally certified adapted physical education specialist, and a master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology. I am a Kern County Pulse Point Verified Professional Responder. I have successfully secured over 30 AEDs and developed safety programs for three school districts in California, including AED, Narcan, Active Shooter, and Stop the Bleed programs. I have trained doctors, nurses, physical therapists, dentists, fire fighters, construction groups, military contractors, and countless more. My unique background in Sport & Exercise Psychology allows for a more dynamic training experience, where participant learn how to incorporate psychological components when responding to an emergency to stay calm and respond with confidence. I travel across the state of California to conduct several types of trainings, including Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, BLS for Health Care Provider, Active Shooter Training, Stop the Bleed, First Aid for Severe Trauma, Response to Opioid Overdose, Wilderness First Aid, Sport & Exercise Psychology Sessions, and Business/Team Work Sessions.
