Drink of the Day- Mint Ice-cream
1/2 oz Bols peppermint liqueur
1/2 oz Bols creme de bananes
1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
Each ingredient should be chilled for best results. Pour in the peppermint liqueur and layer the Creme de Bananes on top and then pour the baileys in so it punctures the layers and drink.

We really enjoyed the bartender at our party. He was friendly and accommodating. Lots of people called the next day and said that they loved the idea of having a bartender and that they enjoyed their drinks. He even helped us clean up afterwards. I'm planning another party this summer and will definitely use your services as well as the same bartender! Thank you so much.

It was great! David accommodated a female bartender as per my request. The services were excellent. I liked the fact that the bartender was on time, she was willing to stay longer than we originally scheduled. I liked that she checked with me the day before our party and an hour before the schedule when she arrived. They are very professional and I highly recommend the services.

A. Most common are birthdays but depening on the season we get a little of everything from weddings, bridal showers, quinceneras, corporate, christmas, new years, superbowl, graduation, anniversary and holiday theme parties. Put we can do and fit any part you ask for and have the bartenders to fit that theme.
A. Make sure he or she has some previous experience with perhaps some referrals from previous clients. Ask them to recite some recipes of your favorite drinks to see if they have a good knowledge of ingredients. They have their own tools for the event and can help you with a drink list to fit your needs. If they have some certification from Servsafe or TIPS is a plus.
A. What i like most about my job is getting to put a smile on our cliets face when everyone is having a great time at their event and they are actually free to enjoy their own party for once. Also making new friends, creating an atmospher that they enjoy and just overall making people happy.
A. 1. Check that the bartender for hire has his or her own bar kit. Pros travel with their own wine opener, pour spouts, cocktail shaker, strainer, long-handled spoon, towel and knife for cutting garnishes. You provide the blender, beverages, glasses and ice.
2. Test expertise, since good bartenders for hire know major mixed-drink recipes by heart. Ask how many years of experience the bartender has and of what kind. A tap person used to working in a pub-style establishment my not know cocktails.
3. Quiz prospective bartenders for hire on how they set up their bars and how they cope with nonstop drink demands and empty glasses and bottles. They should be in command of their work space, trash containers, and supply of glassware and beverages.
4. If you're planning the party your rather than hiring a caterer, ask the bartenders for hire advice on what to order. An experienced bartender can help you calculate how much and what alcohol you'll need.
5. Avoid novice or anyone fresh out of bartending school. Look for a tidy appearance and attire.
Overall Tip: Good bartenders for hire ask about guests' ages and tastes, and know which drinks different groups favor. A bar mitzvah calls for a different approach than a wild crowd of 20- something revelers or a relatively sedate gathering of over 50s.
A. Well just as in the past liqour and serving of liqour is an recession proof industry. When times are bad people are out drinking trying to forget about their troubles. When times are good people are out celebrating their good fortune and being generous to others and the bartender. So on one of my bad times I noticed where I was and decided to make a change for the better and get into bartending.
