Wow! Words cannot describe how wonderful Chef Fenya is and what a feast she can prepare. Russian Doll Bakery catered our wedding in Las Vegas and made us proud to serve our guests at the reception in our home. Chef Fenya prepared a fantastic gourmet dinner that included Lamb & Chicken Shashlik, Grilled Vegetable Kabobs, Marinated Beets with Goat Cheese and Citrus Marmalade, Jalapeño and Chicken wraps in Bacon, Shrimp Shooters in Cocktail Sauce, Smoked Salmon with herbed cream cheese on Rye, Stuffed Mushrooms, and Mini Fruit Kabobs with seasonal fruit and cheese. And oh by the way, she prepared a wedding cake to die for -- actually three cakes served on tiered cake stands -- a sugar free lemon cake with raspberry curd, a chocolate cake with caramel Macchiato filling, and a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling. This was, without doubt, the finest gourmet wedding dinner I've ever seen and I give Chef Fenya and Russian Doll Bakery my highest recommendation!

My wife and I were very impressed with Fenya's professionalism and cooking talent. Her experience was evident in helping us plan our party, and she and her staff performed flawlessly at our event with only one issue (tap water at the venue was not suitable for serving) requiring our attention.

Yes, but we have a variety of menu's for each clients need to make them happy and gain their business!

Treat them all the same, Happy to serve them great food with homemade recipes!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of National Restaurant Association. Network with local business such as Chambers of Commerce. I do volunteer with events such as Olive Crest for Foster kids and Christmas 365 for the less then fortunate families.
