Introduction: I've been in the culinary business for the last 14 years, and the the chef who is helping me in doing all the cooking has been in the culinary business for the past 32 years. He was the banquet sous chef for Disneyland Hotel for seven years. He was the banquet chef for Mission Inn for the last five years, and we work for the kitchen for Exploring Foods Catering in Pasadena for seven years. We have very good experience in all types of food: American, Italian, Mexican, buffets, plated appetizers, healthy foods, vegan, and vegetarian, so we'll make your event a success.
