The PC Rehab fixed our laptop computer really fast and for a very fair price. Albert diagnosed the problem and then took the time to explain all the options. Fantastic work ethic here! Before you visit the "big box" geeks, be sure to give The PC Rehab a call.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common types of work are virus removal, data backups, data recovery, full system tune-ups and diagnostics.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Take your time to shop around. Find someone that you feel comfortable with. Don't always look for the cheapest technician out there. Sometimes you have to pay a little bit more for quality work.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We guarantee all the work we do. We don't take shortcuts or liberties with your data. We pride ourselves with our commitment to protecting your data and privacy.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love troubleshooting. Finding and fixing what is wrong with computers is a huge passion of mine. I love seeing the smile on my customers faces when they see that their computers are working again.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common questions we receive are if we offer free diagnostics or if we cannot fix the problem does it still cost?

We offer free system diagnostics to identify the real cause of your systems problems. If for any reason we are unable to fix the problem we do not charge you.
