- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the prices start at $99 and go up. The factors are time involved from filing, preparing the documents, and legal research. Looking up statues and case law, CCP. There are always a few unknown that could be costly in the end. This will result in cost more to complete then charged. It happens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Consultation. I present a break down of prices then we work out a payment plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I subscribe to many of the paralegal programs and Court programs that send me updates and insights of upcoming changes from the laws etc.
