- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I prepared a Civil lawsuit against Bank of America for wrongful foreclosure. The bank of course Demurred may complaint. I then filed an amended complaint which the bank demurred again. The case went to hearing and the court found my Amended Complaint solid and gave the bank 20 days to answer. The bank is now settling with the clients.
