Let me start by saying, Jake is a breath of fresh air in the construction world. We were reeling from our previous contractor's unexpected $35,000 addition to the bill when Jake stepped in. From day one, he and his team were not just great, they were a godsend. It wasn't just about getting the job done for Jake; he made sure we felt supported and protected every step of the way. Our ADU project was deeply personal, a space we were creating for my sister and her husband, who were eagerly awaiting their little one. Jake didn't just understand the importance of the project; he felt it. He treated us like family, and that meant the world to us. Jake has earned our trust, and we’ll happily work with him again. Jake was awesome and great to work with! He brought our ideas to life. It was a collaborative effort and never felt pressured to do anything we didn’t want. He takes pride in his work and makes sure everything comes right. If anything was going to be delayed for whatever the reason he was great at keeping us updated. I’m so happy with my kitch remodel and everything else he and his team did throughout my house.

Project: painting and repair of fiberglass front door. I received Excellent customer service. Jake, the GC accompanied his workman. Impressive. The workman performed an excellent job. I am Very happy and pleased with his work. Jake provided consultation on several other pending and future projects and provided me with work samples. I look forward to working with him in the near future😁

Jake Quoted me a very fair price for painting 19 door+ in my home. Before the job was even started I over paid the deposit which had me worried that I'd never see him and this job will never get done/started. I've never use him yet, and have had other shady contractors never show. I was rest assured he was trustworthy and honest as he refunded my mistakes in seconds!
