I have had a great deal of hands on experience in Hardware, software, and networking, both indoors and in the field. In the lab, I have performed repairs, network setup and I am currently using Wireshark to observe all the PCs on our network. Out in the field, I have conducted many re-installs, backups, hardware replacements.
