Overall, I'd give them 3.5-4 stars. They were supposed to be there between 9:45 and 10, but didn't show up until 10:50. They finished quickly (exactly 3 hours) and seemed careful with the items, but I asked them to put certain boxes (such as my books and albums) into the spare room and they left them two rooms away. I can't move these boxes by myself so they're still sitting here a week later. They also left my two heavy planters in the driveway instead of moving them to the back yard as I asked. The worst part, though, was that they left my vacuum and a few other items near the drive, against the side of the house. I didn't even realize this until a delivery came at 7 that night--in the rain--and the driver told me my stuff was out there getting wet. These are the reasons I would not give 5 stars.
