Introduction: I shop, cook and clean up. If you prefer to do your own shopping, the cost is less. Maybe you want several meals at once to freeze or refrigerate for later. Not a problem. I will package separate entrees using your containers, and then label the packages with storing and reheating instructions. We will develop a customized meal plan to fit your budget.
