Introduction: I train primarily females in groups of 12 or less, one-on-one or buddies. Workouts are structured to meet my clients' needs and include core stabilization, cardiovascular, strength, balance, explosive and flexibility training. Weight loss and nutritional guidance are also provided.
Most group training sessions are usually held outdoors at local parks. I also travel to a client's home if preferred. I have an associates of science degree in advanced health and fitness from Bryan University and National Academy of Sports Medicine, CPT. I believe in always furthering my education in the field in order to provide the best service and current techniques to best help my clients reach their health and fitness goals.
For 2014, my educational goals are to become certified in corrective exercise and also to be a certified women's fitness specialist, both through NASM.
