- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $125 per hour but flexible to long-term arrangements and daily package pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with clients (in person if possible) right away to make sure we are on the same page. If I feel I am not the best photographer for them, I will refer another photographer or let the client know I do not feel comfortable with their needs. I would much rather the client be happy with someone else then unhappy with me. That would be miserable for both of us.

25+ years working as a professional photojournalist and photo editor.
