Al Bartos NOVEMBER 2, 2012 AT 1:44 PM Just completed the 6 week Lightroom 4 class offered by Peter at the Riverside Art Museum. This was time well spent and a valuable addition to my photographic education. Peter not only taught us about Adobes Lightroom 4 but also about photography, composition, Flash and in general how to become better at what we like to do. Coupled with the weekly instructions on Lightroom were opportunities to take some photos and then apply the tools in Lightroom into the photos we took. This was much more than just a class on how to use some great photography software, it was a class on how to become a better photographer. Each week i walked away with enough new knowledge to pay for the entire 6 week class. I believe that any class Peter offers will far exceed your expectations. Thanks Peter Great Job!

As the mother of a high school senior I as dreading the whole senior picture experience. I'ce seen too many location shots where the background overwhelms the person. Bleh! But, my baby girl wanted to shoot "on location." I've always appreciated Peter's work and his mastery of lighting so I called him, schedlued an appointment, rather last minute, and hoped for the best. Not only was Peter on time, well prepared and ready to go, he was excellent to work with. My daughter felt at ease and the more they worked together the more she enjoyed the process and it shows in the final product. We had photo proofs in less than two days and were very pleased with the outcome. Now, I have beautiful pictures that capture this tiny window of time in my daughter's life, a happy daughter, and a happy bank account. Did I mention Peter also is more than reasonable in his fees! Bonus!! I highly recommend Peter Phun Photography

I've worked news stories with Peter, he the photographer, me the writer. I've learned from him in photo workshops. I survived a portrait session where he took wonderful shots of me. He's helped me in website building. In every aspect, he's a photographer's photographer. He loves the image, and has the talent and skill to capture it. In my book, Peter Phun is aces.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I also teach photography at Riverside City College, Riverside Art Museum and UCR Extension so I have to stay current of the latest trends.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My specialty is portraiture but I also cover events like weddings, quinceÃÂ±eras and corporate parties. I keep an open mind especially if it's something I have done because that's how I get better as photographer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My services are not the cheapest because I don't believe in undercutting the competition just to get hired. There are a lot of photographers out there but not many have worked professionally as a staff photographer at a major newspaper like the Press-Enterprise or have been featured on KVCR-San Bernardino. That means I am dependable and take my craft seriously.
