Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice would be to check the companies eviction rate. Ask how many evictions they do in a year. Ours is very low because we have a very good tenant screening process and we make sure the tenants understand their responsibilities.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. An inside secret to me would be that many companies charge 8% to 10% of the rent for their managment services. Why is the charge a percentage? Do the more expensive home get better managment services? I hope not. We charge a flat rate of $99 for each property we management and we provide the same great management services to each property as well.

A. The question to ask would be: What services do you provide for the price you are charging? They will quickly realize that our services are the best in town and we have the best prices to match.
