Introduction: My name is Enrique Soto; most people know me as Henry. I have been involved in the roofing industry since I was a young man at the age of 16. My uncles and older brothers were roof installers in the '70s through to the present. I started as most newcomers in the trade: from the bottom. I have had my share of time doing the dirty job as well as the paperwork. I have installed BUR hot mop, composition shingle, tile roofs, single-ply roofs, cold-apply roofs, restoration systems, etc. I have been on large and small projects. I have been a second man on a production crew of 23 personal to a foreman of 3 men. I was also a safety coordinator, production manager, and superintendent for a company for 6 years. I went straight from being their foreman of a shop that had only $300k in sales to their superintendent with the shop increasing to $5.5m a year. I have an excellent reputation in the roofing trade, and I have always been honest to all my clients and employees. Now I have my own company and would like to help others as I have done in the past. This has been a great journey in my life so far, and I have acquired many talents and abilities that I would like to share. I am now 43 years young, and plan on doing this for a long time to come.
