Introduction: Truly farm to table meals. We support local farmers at their farms or at the Farmer's Market. Meats and chicken are locally sourced as well. Meals are rich and varied, prepared from whole ingredients, with spices and fresh herbs. Meals are carefully packed in returnable glass containers and delivered in a thermal tote. I start with the bounty of local and organic ingredients and transform it into great nutrition and nourishment for individuals and the community.

Ruthy's Real Meals are tasty, healthy and locally sourced with organic meats and vegetables. Her menus are varied and well thought-out. The convenience of online ordering and door-step delivery is more than worth the reasonable price. As a single person, her generous portions allow me to take the second half to work as my next day's lunch - an additional time- and money-saving. Ruth herself is personable as well as professional. She goes the extra step to accommodate special dietary needs or no-nos. Finding her gourmet food service was a god-send for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the food or the convenient process. I highly recommend Ruth and Ruthy's Real Meals!

C & P use Ruthys Real Meals service when they know its going to be a very busy week or just want to treat themselves. Recently Cs father was diagnosed with cancer and is getting chemo treatment. C & P have gifted Cs parents with meals for the duration of the treatment. Its something they can do for him in the fight against the diseaseto ease things at home, help out the parents, provide high quality nutrition, and show how much they care.
