Today the video and audio on our Xbox 360 Elite suddenly stopped working. The unit turned on and you could tell it was going through the start-up cycle but there was no video or audio through the HDMI or the VGA HD cables (we tested both). I did my usual online homework on the issue and figured out that there was no quick fix. We had tried the different reset methods recommended on multiple Xbox forums but they didn't work so we knew it was most likely an internal heat sink issue. I wasn't in the mood to spend most of my day tearing my sons gaming console apart and he wasn't in the mood for me to possibly ruin it so we hit Craigslist to find a local Xbox repair option. That is where we discovered Consologic. At close to 4:00 PM we dropped it off and went to eat some lunch. By 5:00 PM our Xbox was done and ready for pick up and all for $35.00 flat! The repair came with a 90 day warranty as well. We've been testing the unit for the past 3 hours and it's running perfectly! The business is a family run operation and Cory, the owner, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. It's extremely rare these days to find all of the above mentioned qualities in a retail business. We will definitely be recommending Consologic to everyone we know because of it.
