Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. It is very important when you looking for a Contractor to do work on your home, you make sure he or she is licensed and that the license is current and free of complaints. At JM Customs we carry a General Contractors License, license 889885, verify our license at http://www.cslb.ca.gov.

You also should verify the Contractor carries insurance (this can be verified at http://www.cslb.ca.gov while verifying the license) and request references. At JM Customs we carry Liability Insurance and can offer an abundance of references and pictures.

Also, a really important tip to remember is "you often get what you pay for." If you hire the cheapest Contractor for the job, the outcome of the work will often reflect this decision. There have been countless times at JM Customs, we have been contracted to fix the poor work that other Contractors have done. At JM Customs we offer reasonable rates for the highest quality craftsmanship. We do not cut corners to save costs, nor will we bypass fixing areas to save money. We look at our finished work as a reflection of us and our company, and as such will not do work that doesn't reflect our standard of workmanship.
