We do residential and commercial painting in the Sacramento area. We are very professional.
I have 30 years experience in the industry. We are one of the most reputable companies in the Bay area. All patching and prepping is included in our lower price.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. now that I have my own business mostly residential but I have done lots of comercial jobs.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I always tell them to make sure they are licensed, ask how long have they being doing this type of work and if they still feel ansure ask for some references.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. No secrets it takes time and patience a lot of patience and of course practice
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. yes the customer should know all those things, but I would still like to see the room for myself this tell me more than the square footage does,
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Because of my experience and the importance that i give to every job

A. the fact that I help customers to clean and beautify their homes, or properties
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. most customer ask about how long have I been doing this kind of work, and if I enjoy my work. I tell them the truth I enjoy it. they also ask about color coordinating I tell them sa much as I can.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I have stories thei are not that interesting
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish they knew that most painters are very honest, and hard working as for me that I will always try to give my customers the best work end the best materials abailable, and try to please them and make them happy with my work.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was just out of the army and was working for an electronics company, my brother was working for a painting contractor he ask me if I had time to go work on a weekend, I did and Ilike it I joined the union went through the aprentice program and that was that
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I am proud of all my work, on the last day of the job when I have the walk trough with the owner and I see a smile on their faces and looked pleased that is when I am the most proud
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I try to keep up with the new materials and equipment coming out, I keep up with the new safety regulations and all.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. There is a lot of new materials and new equipment coming up, a lot of green or enviromentaly friendly which will change the way we thnk about paint
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. It was a house a little over four thousand square ft. It took about a week three man.

A. No complicated pricing at all I price it by the foot or by the hour thats it.

A. I would say, to make sure that is what you really want to do. it can be very hard work sometimes but it can also be very rewarding.
