There aren’t enough stars to award. Responsive, punctual, professional, value, expertise. Jesus and team are professionals. They know what they are doing. They transformed our yard and brought our trees back to life. We are beyond impressed and cannot say enough wonderful things about Jesus, his team and their work. During the storms in Jan and feb, had a large limb from a magnolia tree snap off and fell across the SMUD electrical service. SMUD checked line at 11 pm that night and advised that since line was not damaged or broken, it was mine to deal with. Found the THUMBTACK app and entered my problem and what I needed. Within minutes I had 3 tree services respond. A-1 indicated that they would be there at 0900 to check out the problem. They arrived on time, evaluated the problem, gave me a good price and advised they would be there at 0800 the next day to take care of situation, arrived on time, completed the task, cleaned up all of the mess. GREAT JOB, THANKS

We knew we needed several trees trimmed before winter arrives but had not taken action to get it done. We decided to contact a couple companies recommended on Thumbtack and Jesus stood out from them all. He’s very knowledgeable, customer oriented, and runs a great team. His estimate was fair and the work was scheduled quickly. We’re very happy with the results and have healthy looking, balanced trees in both the front and back.

I wish I had taken a picture of the giant pine tree about 40-60ft tall with wide girth. The limbs were huge and the tree should have been in a park. It had branches that leaned toward the house and also a green house with glass plus a pool. Jesus took that tree down in 2 days and no damage was done to anything. His demeanor was professional and what I really liked was he had an eye for what needed to be done as I didn’t see what he did. Hire Jesus well worth it and he and his crew worked very hard and tirelessly.

It all starts with the initial phone call, I answer all of their questions. Then I schedule an appointment which I ensure to arrive on time to. Before I leave the appointment I ensure all questions and concerns have been resolved. Finally I complete the project to meet the customers needs and expectations.
