We are SO happy with the work Daniel did for us this afternoon. We reached out to several appliance repair companies and individuals and Daniel with KomFix was the only one willing to consider the possibility that we didn't need a preliminary diagnostic visit before knowing if he could repair it. He asked me about the error code I was receiving on my LG refrigerator, knew he had the fan on hand to replace the burnt out one, and came out the same day from Sacramento. He communicated with me when he was on his way so the 2-hour window was only a 30-minute one. Once here, he quickly confirmed the problem and replaced the freezer fan (that had burned up from frost build-up when the door was inadvertently left ajar and ice built up around it). Daniel was very professional, polite, and efficient while working. He was very thorough in clearing out frost from all areas of the freezer, emptying water accumulated in the ice maker ice tray, and making sure there was no trace of the water/ice melting anywhere on the floor or appliance. His price was more than fair and what we feared might mean a $2000 replacement was a quick and painless repair. Daniel will be our go-to guy for any further problems with our appliances.
